A.Standard Competence.

1. Understanding meaning of simple conversation for interpersonal purposes in formal and informal situation for communications in the students’ daily life and academic context.

2.  Expressing meanings in simple conversations for interpersonal purpose in formal and informal to communicate in students’ daily life and/or academic contexts.

B. Basic Competence. 

SPEAKING

3.1
Interacting with the closest environment and/or  academic  contexts  accurately, fluently and acceptably consisting greeting and apologizing statements.

3.2
Effectively and efficiently expressing meaning of simple formal conversation for interpersonal purposes consists of greeting and apologizing statements.

LISTENING

4.1
Understanding the meaning in simple conversation for the purpose of transactional and interpersonal  in formal and informal situations to communicate with the surrounding
environment and / or in the academic context.  
C. Indicators
§  Identify  the dialog consist of apologizing statement
§   Implement and respond to expressions: greeting and apologizing statements in  formal/informal
§   Identify the specific information contained in a conversation

D. Interpersonal  Objectives:
                          At the end of the session the students are able to:
§  respond the dialog consist of some greeting statements 
§  respond the dialog consist of some apologizing statements
§  recognize and say the statements with the correct pronunciation and intonation
§  respond the conversation according to the content.

 Eka       :  Hi, Bagus.
Bagus     :  Hi, Eka.
Eka         :  how are you ?
Bagus     :  fine, thanks. And you ?
Eka         :  not bad, where are you going to?           
Bagus    :  I am going to the market with my mom
Puput     :  oh great. Take care and see you

Dialog 2
Anne          : Good evening. Sir.
Mr. Jones  : good evening, what’s wrong?
Anne         : I am sorry I cannot attend your class tomorrow
Mr. Jones  : why anne?
Anne         :  because I have to go to my sister wedding party, I am really sorry sir
Mr. Jones   :  oh no worries, take care

Dialog 3

Henifah             : hi Fuad how are you?
Fuad                 : hi henifah, I am fine thank you
                          What about you ?
Henifah             : I am fine thanks,
Fuad, I am so sorry because I lost your favorite book,    twilight :’(
Fuad                 : how can hen ?
Henifah             : I think the book fell down when I am on the way to go home.
                           I am so sorry
Fuad                 : oke no  problem hen, but next be careful
Henifah             : thank you so much fuad,
                          I try my best to find the book .
