A.Standard Competence.

1. Understanding meaning of simple conversation for interpersonal and transactional purposes in formal and informal situation for communications in the students’ daily life and academic context.

3. Expressing meanings in simple conversations for interpersonal and transactional purpose in formal and informal to communicate in students’ daily life and/or academic  contexts.

B. Basic Competence.

Mr. Jones                 : My name's Robert Jones.
Anne                          : Thank you, Mr. Jones, I’m Anne. Where do you come from?
Mr. Jones                  : I come from New Zaeland
Anne                          :  oh okay, Nice to meet you Mr.Jones
Mr. Jones                  :  Nice too meet you too Anne.

Mr. Black                 : How do you do? I am Jim Black.
Mr. Jones                : How do you do, Mr. Black. I am Robert  Jones.
Mr. Black                 : Are you American?
 Mr. Jones               : Yes, I am. I'm from California.
