Health is one of the important
things in our life. People do anything to keep their health. Consuming fruits
is one way to keep health. There are any fruits which people usually consume,
such as apples, oranges, and avocados.
The first kind of fruits is oranges.
Oranges are source of vitamin C and flavonoids. One orange supplies nearly 100
% of daily dietary of vitamin C. The combination of vitamin C and flavoids in
an orange make it one of the best fruits
in helping to promote optional health. When you eat an orange, it provides good
dietary fiber. Leave in the albedo as much as possible as the albedo contains
the highest of valuable bioflavonoids and other anti cancer agents. In
addition, oranges are good source of vitamin A, the B vitamins, amino acids,
beta carotene, pectin, calcium, sodium, chlorine, and iron. An orange packs
over 170 different phytonutrients and more than 60 flavonoids. The citrus of
oranges also can prevent and treat various diseases, such as cancer sores, cardiovascullar and cataracts.
Another kind of fruits is apples. Apples
are source of pectin and fibers. They are high vitamin A and C. They also are
good source of potassium, calium, iron, and phosphore. Apples are rich source
of flavonoid and polyphenols both are powerful anti oxidant. Besides, apples
also contain large of minerals and
vitamins that can strengthen the blood. Apples contain malic acid and tartaric
acid that can help prevent disturbances of the liver and digestion. The skin of
apples contain pectin that can help remove toxic subtances from the system by
supplying galacturonic acid. Pectin helps prevent protein matter in intestine from
spoiling. Eating an apple daily it also can lower cholesterol and reduce skin
diseases.
The last kind of fruits is avovados.
Avocados are the high calories and lots of vitamins such as, vitamin E and
vitamin K which also useful as anti oxidant. Avocados also contain goodly of
vitamin C which is necessary for the production of collagen. An avocado
contains of 75 % insoluble fiber and 25 % soluble fiber which help the
digestion process works normally even in rush
activity
every day. Avocados also prevent breast cancer since it contains lots of oleic
acids. One cup of avocado also recommended to maintain the heart function since
it contains of 23 % daily folate
standard consumption. Besides, avocados help people to reduce their
cholesterol. It is true that avocados have a high fat content. However, it is
monounsaturated fat which helps reduce cholesterol and also low in calories.
In short, there are any fruits which
are good for our health. Oranges, apples, and avocados have their own benefit.
I think we will get the benefit of those fruits if we consume them regularly.
